Well I can easily say that I am a passionate person who quickly falls in love with new ideas, people and positive energy. I love being around inspiring people with crazy ideas just as much as I love people who are ready to jump on my spontaneous ideas. I live very much in the moment and go for any adventure that wants to invite me unboard. At the moment I recently jumped on a new adventure: I quit my job in Copenhagen, moved out in a van, travelled to Thy, where I am now building a yoga and meditation space called Thy Yoga Farm. I love being by the water and I have travelled the world diving and surfing, which is why I now find myself by Vesterhavet breathing in all this rawness and softness at the same time. At the moment this is where I feel the most at home and my absolute happy place is on a surfboard surrounded by friends here in Cold Hawaii. If there is a party in the air I am always ready to jump in a dancy outfit and I won’t ever hesitate to start a dancefloor.

Tough one - love the drive and the impulses in the city, but I also love the peace and beauty in nature - probably wouldn’t be without any of them

WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY WORKING ON? 

I am currently starting up a yoga and meditation studio in Cold Hawaii called Thy Yoga Farm which will open this July, summer of 2021. The farm is located in a beautiful place in Klitmøller surrounded by Thy National Park, which creates peace and quietness, but also the raw wilderness that is a part of Thy. Our mission is to create a space where everybody feels welcome and where we will do our best to spread good vibes, positive energy, laughs and help all participants connect body and mind while feeling their best. I cannot wait for it to begin.  

 

Besides that I just started designing my own jewelry, LYS by Ulv, which at the moment is the best meditation I can do for myself. The jewelry that I design is mixed with crystals for different needs and beautiful moon and star charms, and is designed to make everyone who wears it glow up and feel special. If I could design jewelry that would make everyone who wears them wanna dance, then that would be my dream jewelry design.

Actually just buying a roll from my local falafel man or getting my husband to cook, but if I’m cooking, which would be third option, it would be mushroom risotto with lemon peel and parsley pesto.
