We ship worldwide, but unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping at the moment. Each order is charged at a flat rate of 7€ for standard shipping. Our shipping price is a flat rate regardless of location or how many pieces you order. We are currently offering free standard shipping on orders over 250€. Please note that shipping costs are exclusive of any import tax or customs duties which may be payable on delivery to your country.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be received and processed by our warehouse team. From then, Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days for national orders, 4-7 business days for international orders 10-14 business days for overseas orders.
During peak and holiday periods, shipping timeframes may be subject to change. We cannot ship to PO box addresses.
Please note, COVID-19 may affect some delivery timeframes, with some courier services occasionally experiencing unexpected delays in transit, or delays in the providing tracking details.
Once your order has been shipped you'll receive email containing a tracking number. Please allow 48-hours from placing your order until tracking information is made available. As we ship orders Monday - Friday, tracking details cannot be supplied on weekends. Your order status will be marked as 'Order Received' until tracking details have been supplied to us by the courier. Your order status is changed to 'Shipped' after the package is already in transit. Please allow up to 5 days for the supply of tracking details for oversea delivery. A request for an exchange or return, must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. The items must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfill exchange requests will be subject to the availability of garments at the time at which the return is received for processing.
If you've met the above requirements, you may submit a Return Request by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Mark the email with: Return/Your order no. You will shortly after receive a confirmation e-mail with a returns authorisation number, the return address details and a return form, which should be included inside your return package. Please wait to receive all required returns information before sending any returns. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. We’ll send you an email once our team has processed your refund. PayPal and Credit Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear back into your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the garments only.
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed by our team. We’ll send you an email notification once your exchange has been shipped so you know it’s on the way. Please note, exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed by our warehouse team.
The shipping cost of returning items to us for an exchange or refund, is not covered or reimbursed by us. However, if you request an exchange, we will arrange the shipping of the new item to you. We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns. The returns period applies to the time in which a return must be requested.
